Mainframe: made out in profiles to ensure maximum rigidity to the same embodying the fixed bar screen.
Distance between bars can be changed to suit any requirements. The positioning of the screen does not require any alteration to civil.
Drive group: motor is protected to IP 55 coupled to gearbox having a service factor of2.
Protection against overload is effected through a mechanical or electric type- sensing device.
Electric local control panel: self supported double door, IP 55 protection it
contains all power section for the screen as well as logical sequence based on timer and / or effluent level upstream screen.
Moving screen: double arm, supported on twin bearing, incorporates the moving rakes.
Screening removal device: can be of the counter weight type with relating moving rake or of the tilting fixed plate.
The screening discharge is in standard version effected at a height of 0,4 mt. about from floor into a suitable container .
Material finish: as standard sand blasting to SA 2,5 and primer to 75 micron. Any spec can be followed such as epoxy- tar, epoxy, and hot dip galvanizing.
Material: carbon steel as a standard can be modified on request in stainless steel etc.
