APPOINTMENT

The extruder is intended for:

• reduction of concentration of harmful substances in soy and colza

• increase in digestibility of grain at the use by farm animals, a bird, fishes

• destruction of harmful microorganisms in components of compound feeds

PRINCIPLE OF WORK

The purified and pro-dried raw materials are loaded into the bunker.

From the bunker a screw feeder mix moves in a working zone of an extruder.

Speed of giving is regulated by change of turns of the screw of a feeder.

In a working zone the product is wiped with screws between the heating washers and an internal surface of glasses, contracts and warmed up to the temperature above 100 °C.

Microorganisms are destroyed.

Pressure and temperature transform proteinaceous, fermental and starchy substances to simpler forms.

Fatty cages reveal (in oil-bearing crops).

It reduces energy costs of digestion of a forage in a stomach of animals, bird and fishes.

In 30-40 seconds of processing the product leaves a working zone.

Pressure instantly falls, in grain steam which breaks off and increases structure of an ekstrudat in sizes is released.

The volume of an ekstrudat increases from 1,5 to 3 times in comparison with raw materials.

It improves access of gastric juice to substances in a stern. The extruded forage peretravlyutsya quicker.
