PRINCIPLE OF WORK
After mixing prepared loose raw materials through a feeder comes to the mixer - prekonditsioner.
Conditioning - an important stage of technological process, its appointment - moistening and heating of material we heat dry steam pressure of 0,2 - 0,5 MPas and with the temperature of 110 - 130 °C under the influence of which compound feed is softened, heats up to 65 - 75 °C, becomes more plastic.
The best conditions for extruding - expansion are created.
Use of steam for conditioning of raw materials allows to increase extruder productivity, to improve a form of the granulated products, to reduce wear of working parts of an extruder.
From the mixer - prekonditsionera raw materials, via the intermediate bunker and a feeder of working body (are necessary for regulation of supply of raw materials in working body), come to working body. The possibility of introduction to the prepared raw materials of premixes and additives is provided (in the intermediate bunker).
Between a feeder of working body and working body the valve is installed (for a possibility of removal of the prekonditsionirovany mixed raw materials without extrusive processing).
Extrusion represents process of thermal treatment, sterilization, dehydration, a teksturization and granulation of end products.
In an extruder compound feed is exposed short - term (4 - 6 sec. ) to thermal influence the ferry with the subsequent compression up to the pressure of 30 atmospheres.

The received granulated compound feed when transporting is not stratified and does not raise dust.
