comes with three compressors. One hermetic compressor
for independent cooling of the conservation hoppers,
and two semi-hermetic compressors for independent
operation of the two freezing cylinders.
• I IPC 235V can also work with only one flavour for
minimum distribution, such as in wintertime: this means
energy-saving arid subsequent time-saving performance
during washing.
• HPC 235V unit is available in the gravity or stainless
steel pressurizing gear pump version, with air, water or
remote cooling system.
