This is the Red stigma of Crocus Sativus. 15 - 20 mm in length (dried). Our term "Zargol" corresponds to the local grading name of "Sargol". Following the traditional methods of Planting, Crop, Harvesting and Processing, the coloring strength ranges between 220 - 280 units.

As per our clients' requests, we also produce less color strength variants of the organic threads. For example if we don't separate all styles from the stigma, the color strength would range between 130 - 180units, depending on the level of style separation.
